Healing Hubs at The Festival Center
A Sanctuary for Rest, Renewal, and Community Care
Injustice, activism, and community work take a toll. We often forget that self-care and collective healing are essential for sustaining justice movements. At The Festival Center, we believe in creating space for renewal and rest—a space where activists, community leaders, and those seeking solace can breathe, replenish, and restore in community.
Our Healing Hubs are designed to support those navigating burnout, compassion fatigue, and the weight of social and political struggles. Since launching, we’ve seen how intentional rest, play, and connection can help soothe the nervous system, prevent activist burnout, and foster resilience.
Because of this, we are making our Healing Hubs a permanent monthly gathering, held on the last Thursday of each month from 6:00–7:30 PM.

Join Us in Collective Healing
Healing is not just personal—it’s communal. In times of exhaustion and uncertainty, we must care for one another, fortify our spirits, and sustain the work of justice.
A light meal will be provided. While attendance is free, donations are welcome for those who are able.
Let’s care for ourselves and each other, so we can continue the work ahead.
