Co-Working Subscription Agreement
By signing up for a co-working subscription at the Festival Center, the co-worker agrees and understands the following information.
Services Provided
During the subscription period, Festival Center agrees to provide the following services to the Co-Worker:
- Access to designated co-working space within the Festival Center during operating hours.
- High-speed internet access.
- Access to shared amenities such as printing facilities (no more than 25 copies per day), privacy booths, and kitchenette.
- Access to one mailbox in the first-floor office (upon request)
- Tenant or tenant’s organization listed on the Festival Center’s website directory.
- Access to meeting rooms at a discounted rate.
Billing & Termination
You will be billed automatically using the card on file.
Please log in to your member portal to cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that subscriptions automatically renew on the designated subscription date. Unfortunately, we do not offer prorated rates or refunds for subscriptions.
Guest Subscriptions
Subscriptions are limited to one per co-worker. Guests who are staying longer than an hour must purchase a day pass for $15/day here. Guests who have not purchased a day pass prior to visiting the Festival Center must check-in at the front desk to purchase passes. Violation of this policy will result in a fee to the co-worker hosting the guest.
Operating Hours
The business hours of the premises shall be from 9:00 am -5:00 pm except on holidays or other days that the Festival Center shall make known to the tenant.
During such hours, the Co-Worker agrees to keep their noise level so as not to interfere with or annoy the other tenants on the premises. This includes phone conversations and zoom calls. Upon request, Co-Workers can request a fob to get into the co-working space before or after hours and the fob will be due when the tenant’s stay is ended.
Food and Drinks
You may bring your own food and drinks. The co-working area includes a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee bar. Please remember to clean up after yourself when using these amenities.
Networking Events
The Festival Center hosts monthly community meetings on the first Thursday of each month at noon. Other networking events and community activities are offered and posted on our website.
Operating Standards
All co-workers of the Festival Center agree to the following:
- All co-workers should respect all other tenants and guests
- All advertisements should be first approved by the Festival Center
- All co-workers of the Premises shall keep clean any common areas after use
- Smoking inside the Premises is prohibited
The Festival Center reserves the right to make other reasonable rules and regulations from time to time in order to promote a good co-working environment amongst the tenants.
No Violence or Discrimination
The Festival Center welcomes people of all identities and expressions into our spaces and commits to treat guests with openness and respect. We ask that our guests also treat fellow guests, our staff, and our volunteers with openness and respect. Discriminatory or disparaging remarks of any type or physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate expulsion from The Festival Center. Conduct deemed disorderly at the sole discretion of The Festival Center staff shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the rental period. In such cases, no refund of the rental fee or deposit shall be made.
Waiver
The Festival Center shall not be liable for any interruption or error in the performance of the services offered under this Agreement. The Co-Worker waives all liability against the Festival Center for any claims arising from such disruption of services, specifically, any telecommunication utilities on the Premises.
Indemnification
The Festival Center shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the Co-Worker, or any other person, or to any property, occurring on the Premises, or any part thereof, or in common areas thereof, and the Tenant agrees to hold the Festival Center harmless from any claims or damages.
