The Festival Center Gallery is an artist-run gallery space within the Festival Center. The gallery program is developed and led by Artist-in-residence Joe Ward. As a nonprofit space, the Festival Center Gallery uplifts visual art that engages contemporary issues as well as projects that furthers our mission to end oppression for all. We welcome visual artists from diverse backgrounds and stages in their careers to exhibit. In addition to seasonal exhibitions, our gallery includes a permanent exhibition of the portrait series, “Souls of A Nation: The stories of people impacted by systems of power,” produced by our Artist-in-residence.
